I see a lot of people talking about how long they had to wait.. but honestly my experience was nice. When you are going to ANY medical center you can always expect to wait a long time, so my advice.. make an appointment and arrive early. The staff there were VERY friendly I went to remove my Nexplanon and they helped me cover the expenses When I was not able to. They went above and beyond to help me out when I was having such complications with my birth control. I drove almost 2 hours there and I didnt leave without them resolving my issue. They deserve more credit for treating young woman who can not afford these things when the actual cost of percedures and medication is expensive.  I made a small donation for their kindness.

Recepontist on the phone didn't seem to understand where they were located. Told me she could give me the address to the car wash next door. Once I got to my appointment, I was 30 mins early. Receptionist was eating food and rudely said she would not see me early. I get it, I was early. Gave me no paperwork to fill out until then. As soon as it was time for my appointment she THEN gave me paperwork. 30 mins later after my scheduled appointment and still haven't been seen. There is one other person waiting in here. Supposed to be a helpful and safe place. Nothing but attitude since I've walked in here. Don't waste your time.

Went to this Planned Parenthood for about 5 or 6 years on and off. It was great in the beginning but stopped going after the doctors wouldn't look into my abnormal bleeding that I reported for years. My weight was the center of attention. I started going to a different office where I was diagnosed with PCOS, which frustrated me more that it went un-diagnosed for so long, hence the three stars. Other than that, the patient reps were always lovely and friendly. I just wish I could say the same for the service.
