Don’t go when they busy. They won’t clean good.  Especially if the manager guy toweling your car. Used to be a very nice place to wash your high end cars. No more. It’s the same wash like at a Gas station with an extra $20. Hope they changes their attitude.

(See picture.)  I asked the manager, is this the type of quality work you are offering at your establishment?  He said yes.

For $25, asked for a car wash, vacuuming, and carpets taken out and washed.

They soaked by carpets with water.  Their method of drying, no dryers. They placed my carpets on top of tile, then they put towels on top and the guys stood on top of the towels to soak up water.

I asked the guys to take my carpets back out and dry them up a little more because they were SOAKED.  They did not like this. They mumbled words, threw my soaked carpets on top of a garbage can, carpets fell to the dirty ground.

The manager, Ed, was very rude.  Short story, I asked him to address the soaking wet carpets which he was unwilling to do.  I asked him to address the unvacuumed car floor which he was unwilling to do.

I've been to many car washes in my life time but this place was the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!
Not only did they do a terrible job .. they handled my hard earned property carelessly and reckless. If you complain about the service to a manager(LILIA) she will call Morton Grove Police. Maybe they shouldn't hire undocumented drunken employees. 
This place is not worth putting your vehicle at risk for damage or theft . 0stars
