Can’t speak for the entire company but I️ believe the folks a company chooses to employ says a lot of the character as a while. Saturday afternoon heading home after. 12 hour shift and a tow truck is blocking an entire street to jump a vehicle, not tow, jump. There is an alley and plenty of places to pull over but rather than decide to push the car to the side he decided to back up traffic on Western. I️ get that maybe pulling the non operational car over wasn’t an option, but then as myself and several other others waited he pulled the jumped car over and started working on it while leaving the tow truck in the middle of the road! Why wouldn’t you just move your tow truck and let traffic through? On top of all this he starts cursing me out for honking. Literally blocking my only route home and impossible to move. After all this when I️ finally leave my car he starts screaming threats and obscenities at me. I️ seriously felt threatened and afteaid since he now could see both where I️ lived and parked!

This review is specific to the detail service. After keeping my car for 5 hours, I returned to find the worst detail job I have ever encountered.  For $185 (paid up front), there was dirt in the seat crevices, fingerprints on the dash glass, the engine had not been "steam cleaned" as advertised, and the buff/wax job was awful.  When I dropped the car off, I specifically noted the need for a heavy buffing. I indicated that I was willing to pay extra, and was assured that they would do a thorough job.  When I pointed all of this out to the manager, he told me to come back in one hour and he would fix everything.  I returned to a car in slightly better condition, but still pretty crappy overall for the kind of money spent. The manager refused to further address my concerns or provide any form of refund.  Poor customer service and sub-par detailing work at best.

I've been getting my car washed here for years and love it. There aren't too many hand wash only places in the area. These guys do a great job, and if it wasn't to my satisfaction, they're happy to go back and clean what I ask.

They installed my remote start.  Tony did an excellent job.  I was especially sensitive because my car was 3 weeks old and I've had bad experiences with shops giving my car back in the same condition I gave it to them.  No worries - it was impeccable.  I've had two friends go since my recommendation and they are equally happy.  Another friend is getting the remote start added next week and I'm sure they'll be happy, too. Check them out.  Oh, and the car wash is very good!

Awful awful awful! They killed the battery on my car, jumped it and when it died again at my house they claimed they were not responsible!  I had to get the car towed and pay for everything myself! Worst experience literally ever! $16.00 car wash and $200 in towing/battery!
