I had acquired all the parts necessary to build a new PC but my source to complete the build flaked out. In an effort to find some assistance, as I've been out of the PC game for a long while now and wasn't quite confident enough to handle it alone, I found Sam and his storefront.  After a brief conversation and some shopping around, I concluded that he would be a reliable source at a fair price. And in the end, that's exactly how it turned out.  Not only was Sam patient and polite, but knowledgeable and helpful. I felt comfortable leaving all of the parts with him to do his work without any worry. The build was complete by the next day despite it being right before new year's day, and windows was all installed and updated and all drivers were set up as well. Ready to use with nothing left to worry about.  At pick up, he turned the system on, showed me all of the configuration details like multiple hard drives, verified all the components that I had dropped off, and ran through a few of the programs such as adjusting fan speeds and the like so I could be familiar with them.  I am very pleased the whole process turned out as I hoped it would and will be back in the future for other projects.  Thanks Sam for all the help, you're a great resource to have going forward.

Simply Sam is the best choice if you have any desktop and laptop issues, he will just open your computer and start repairing, not like other stores who will let you wait and wait.

I discovered this shop by researching the many computer repair shops in the area and was intrigued at the many good reviews. So I took my aged computer there for repair. All I can say as I find myself at the other end of the experience, with a resurrected computer that works so much better than it has in years, is that those rave reviews are more than deserved. This tiny shop has a lot of heart, wonderful customer and technical service. So I am adding my very positive experience to the rest, with heartfelt thanks to Sam.

Amazing place. I had a damaged laptop and Sam at Platinum took very good care of me. He quoted me a price much lower than other places and provided fast service. He took the time to explain the situation to me and to also explain further steps to preventing future problems.  It was honest with me about everything from the beginning. You have earned a customer for life here. There are other repair shops closer to me but I will always travel further to your location in order to get exceptional service. I highly recommend this computer shop.
