To be honest, it's very difficult rating a T-MOBILE store, other than saying it's okay, when it's this small and this busy. Their layout is much like walking up to a neighborhood bar, done in shabby chic, without bar stools, and having to just stand there, mostly noticing other people trying to resolve their issues, right across from you, unable to avoid uncomfortable eye contact, because you're directly facing each other. This of course makes the place feel incredibly small, which it really isn't, but the space where everyone occupies is, because the rest is mostly empty space, showing new products, most of their current customers already purchased, and are paying a monthly subscription service on, that they expect a good technical experience of, meaning good coverage. So while the staff is reasonably knowledgeable, as minimally expected at such a store, it seems a little bit too casual in their approach to engaging customers, pushing back on customers with casual informal comments, which is all fine and good, as is now overly common these days, provided if you make the effort to build up high rapport BEFORE doing that, not AFTER the fact. But to their credit, it's not like they are ignoring customers, by talking to each other, making it feel much like asking a reluctant sibling for help, who is knowledgeable, but who you have to deal a lot with their quirks, in order to get the help that you need, except in this case you're the paying customer. Not necessarily a bad experience, but not exactly a good experience. More like a compromising experience, one of having to compromise on your expecting exceptional customer service.

Been dropoing cash up on this spot! I just wanted to return my iPhone I bought a couple days ago. Told me I needed the box and everything with receipt. I mean I can just print that and you have it in front of toucan restocking fee take care of thatv don't need thr box over here. Ddropped over a thousand o vee here. Noow im goi ngg to go get everything and retuen everything at your store. Now you get nothing nada. Go ahead and plane it on your system noe. Yp u get negative now. Money aint a problem it's thr principle.

I went to visit this store today because my iPhone reads "searching..." and/or "No service" in the top corner ever since I got the last update. I went in to find a solution and John couldn't be anymore uninterested in helping. Barely made eye contact and seemed to be bothered by my presence and crisis. When I asked why my bill constantly fluctuates he had no valid answer and avoided the question all together. On top of his terrible customer service, he wasn't even able to fix the problem. I was trying my best to be kind and even brought some light humor, but he continued to rush me out the door. I think it's a fair question as to why one month my bill is $90 and next month it's $200... I was already not a big fan of tmobile due to terrible reception and cell service; I would've reconsidered staying with them if they treated their customers, especially ones whom aren't even difficult, with care and attentiveness. All in all, I can't wait to switch carriers and I highly recommended everyone to do the same. Do not come to this T-Mobile, they will not willingly assist you or solve any dilemma related to your phone.

Customer service sucks!!! Except for 1 guy that help me out his name Abel...very professional and nice!!! The rest they even give the customers attitude specially that one tall guy there with piercing on his ear..very rude!!! I was there yesterday he has attitude..i dont know f he is d manager or d owner!!! So far me n my family will never go back this store we just go somewhere else or do online...poor service here....👎🏻
