There are THREE platinum parking garages in downtown fort worth. Only ONE is listed on google maps! no phone number listed to reach the garage, no address or number given in the sent text with the confirmation code, and walking around in circles like an idiot in the texas heat was very unnerving. Good thing it wasn't late at night! Cant have females walking around not knowing where they are going. unacceptable. I liked the concept of valet parking at the one I went to as i hate tight quarters in parking garages, and the 10$ for all day for friday, as I had to be downtown for several hours. But, you only get 1 star for the inconvenience.

Took me 35 minutes to drive here and had to wait longer than that to even get my car back.  They acted like they had lost my car. This is ridiculous. Friendly until they make you wait forever.

$15 flat rate.  Not posted.  DO NOT PARK HERE.  $1.50 - $3 anywhere else around.

Update:  After calling HQ in Dallas they refunded my $15 immediately.  Big props for that.
