One extremely happy bride and wedding party! I had gotten my hair and make up done along with my wedding party. All my girls were extremely HAPPY! My wedding day was EXTREMELY windy and all our our hair stayed in place. They gave us exactly what we wanted and were so happy and upbeat. Best part was, they took time out of there day for our Sunday for us. Awesome talent and awesome customer service! Thank you so much girls!

Kristina (also goes by Krissy) is the BEST! I've been going to her for over 15 years and continue to fly back to NH because she's that good! I've tried other expensive stylists before and no one can compare to her expertise in hair coloring and styling. She's amazing at using highlights and lowlights to add dimension while still keeping everything looking natural. She is AMAZING!

I got my hair cut and colored at platinum in December and it was the worst hair cut of my life. First the color was terrible, picture Justin Timberlake 1998/1999. Awful yellow. Went back to have it recolored in a day. At least that was fixable. The hair cut was so uneven she butchered it like I've never seen before. One side of layers was so short then the other side got progressively longer. She was clearly in a rush since it was near close and messed up bad. Then at the end she curled my hair prob so I wouldn't see the disaster. There wasn't even any way to fix it unless I wanted five inches taken off, which I obviously didn't. I wore my hair in various hairstyles over the months to hide it. It probably finally grew out in July/August. Super traumatizing to have fugly hair for months. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Worst part is I actually still had to pay for it. I called the manager but she never responded to me which is very rude. Anyway horrible experience and still pretty salty about it since it affected my hair for MONTHS.
