First off don’t let the negative stars from years ago deter you from going here. This place must be under new management because I could definitely tell the huge difference in store cleanliness plus the staff working there was helpful and courteous. I made decent cash on my clothes that otherwise would of collected dust, not to mention they had really good deals and prices on name brand clothes that looked as good as new. So my advice don’t let the negative reviews from years ago deter you as it almost did me.

Love this store and the girls there! They were so helpful! Definitely my favorite Plato’s! There’s a different air to the place with the new management! The atmosphere has definitely changed for the better! Keep it up!

I came in with 4 bags of clothes. At first, the woman that was taking the used clothes was sitting there chatting with some male that was NOT an employee.. Even when I walked up to the counter with the 4 bags, she did not stop her conversation with a friend and also the friend did not move so I could fill out the paperwork. I returned after 30 minutes and there was ONE person ringing someone up. She was moving very slow and did not seem to care about the other people's time she was wasting. Once I finally got up to the counter after 10 minutes (no joke) she proceeded to check her damn cellphone!!! right in front of me. This was the WORST customer service ever. I will definitely never be returning to this store ever again. They have employees who do not care one bit about their job or their customers.

I thought this place would be a waste of time due to the poor rating but they give decent money for used clothes. I was very happy when I left. Also they have a big variety to choose from.

I brought two full bags of clothing and we got all but two items in the bag back. The stuff was actually pretty clean but they still didn't take it. Pretty disappointed, but we will try a new place next time. This was not worth the effort:(
