Not a review per se, but a heads up to anyone looking to sell their clothing here. Based upon a response by the store owner on a previous review, the money you get from their buying process goes as follows: They estimate the retail price of the item and then subtract 70% of the retail value (now 30% of retail price) to get their discounted floor price. They then give you about 30% of that discounted value back. Basically, they will give you 9% of the retail value of your items. For example, if you brought in an item you paid $200 for, they would give you $18, if that. The example that the store owner gave is incorrect, being that they calculated that they sold their items in the store for 70% retail, not the 30% that they said was in their formula. Previous reviewers made it sound like they got even less than 9% on their clothing. Selling your clothes here may be quite the troublesome experience being that you could get less than 9% of what you paid, and they may not even take your clothing.

Went to sell a bunch of my lightly used/never worn clothing. Ultimately, they accepted two of my dozens of items. They grossly undervalued one of my items ($3.72 for a $70 pair of heels) which I then decided to keep. You're better off selling your clothing in FB Marketplace or on Craigslist. Selling selection is good and actually had the same brands that wanted to sell to them.

Best customer service ever!!!!!! They got my order done super quickly too. I couldn't believe how nice the workers were; I'd never been in before, but they greeted me so nicely and were very helpful!! Kelsey, I think was the name of the young lady who helped me -- she was great! Couldn't have asked for a more painless way to make some cash!

Customer service is great. Most all the clothes are name brand and the prices are usually priced right. The store is always very neat, well organized and clean.

Kind of expensive for shirts with holes and Old shoes ! I recommend going right beside them to Tj max and get something nice you may pay a little extra but at least if you want to return something you can! Upon trying to bring back jeans that I had just purchased for my daughter, and them telling me I couldn't get refund or exchange I wouldn't recommend this place . They have done this to a lot of people and it's kinda played out now. Plus it doesn't smell too well in there , they may need to invest in so Glade plug-ins. Jmo
