I haven't had a great experience at this location. I've had the door opened on me twice in the dressing room because no one knocked before opening the door. Two employees were pretty rude the last time I was there because I wanted to carry the clothes I wanted to try on myself. This store never really has a great selection. Definitely go to the Plato's Closet on Liberia in Manassas instead.

I come here mostly to exchange clothes for cash and they are just as bad as pawn shops when it comes to exchanging. The exchange rate is awful. First of all they only take name brands and you only get good money if the clothes are brand new (less than 3 months old) which is ridiculous because nobody gets rid of clothes that fast. The thing that upsets me the most is that the clothes they do have in store arent even brand new (less than 3 months) and are not that great. Never leave here happy

Clothes without wear beinh turned down for no reason. Clothes in store are unfairly priced and not in best condition. I would not refer anyone to this location.

1)Iteams are over way priced.
2) had the loss prevention follow me when
looking around they probably thought i didnt notice.
3)Their customer service is not the best

its middle eastern owned so of course its shady af and overpriced, I always walk out when I see that ownership is from a middle eastern nationality, besides gas stations I never buy from them!
