I have not stayed at this park, but, I did send them a reservation deposit of $30.00 to stay this winter for 5 months. However, I recently received an email from them, stating their rates have gone up, and it doesn't matter when you made your reservation or the the prices that were quoted. The rates went up $178.00 a month to $678.00. I cancelled my reservation and asked for my deposit, they said a credit only towards a future stay. It does say that on their web site, I didn't see it. I think this is very poor business practices. So, they can stick that deposit up their ass!!

Use to stay there all the time....till I got my house.....it's clean and right on the ocean it's a lot of fun

It's great for a few days at the beach. As a permanent resident many repairs and/or improvements are shoved aside. Park is slowly deteriorating.

This RV Park in Rocky Point Mexico is very nice and caters to Americans coming in to stay either one day or a week. They put me in touch with a man by the name of Frank who helped fix our awning for a very good price and anybody needing work on their RV he's very good at what he does. The cost factor is reasonable for full hookup and we really enjoyed staying right next to the beach. They also have security guards who Patrol at night and keep people away. You can pay with American credit cards so that's not a problem.
