Loved this place! The views, the hot showers, the beach, the great price, the free wifi! Yes, free fast wifi and Victor and his family are super awesome too. You're far enough away from San Felipe to get away from the noise, but close enough to walk along the beach to seafood restaurants every day. We meant to stay a night only, but stayed five and if it wasn't for other obligations, we may have never left!

Awesome hosts and great views. Far enough away from down town San Felipe for peaceful and relaxing nights, close enough to walk into town. Great swimming, showers, and clean bathrooms.

My wife and I have been to Mexican beach towns from Sonora to the Yucatan. We've been there on holidays before too. We expect a party atmosphere and lots of music, but what we encountered at Victor's RV Park over Labor Day weekend 2016 was the most frustrating, overwhelming experience I've ever had on vacation. I'm talking about two straight days of a 15" JBL subwoofers blasting hip hop in your ears at full volume for 20 hours. We rented a room on the the beach from Victor's. The location was perfect even though the room was an old storage unit "converted" into a semi-functional living space. That was no problem as we've stayed in much worse locations in Latin America. The problem we had was when the music started full volume at 6AM Saturday morning. Our neighbors, who were sleeping in air mattresses in the communal space between rooms, had shown up late the night before. They were up early and ready to party the weekend away. And boy did they ever... The speakers blasted full volume for two straight days. The only time they stopped was Saturday night when a full Mexican marching band was invited to join the party. I'm talking tuba, marching drums, trumpets... Literally, a whole band... They played for three hours straight. Then it was more hip hop at full volume until 1AM. My wife and I spoke with Lily, the proprietor, who stated outright that she was powerless to control the situation. We couldn't change rooms and she wasn't going to tell a rowdy group of drunks who wanted to party to turn the volume down... By 6AM Sunday morning the music was full blast again. We walked down the beach to find solace. It's a 15 minute walk to the Malecon and I could her the music most of the way. I also noticed several families enjoying the holiday weekend by playing music, but NO ONE ELSE had professional speakers at full volume. Just music for their personal space. So that tells you all you need to know about Victor's RV Park. We were never able to enjoy our beachfront room because it's a party resort that DOES NOT offer peace and tranquility on the Sea of Cortez. Lily's refusal to take control of her own property shows how inept she is at management and ruined our whole experience in San Felipe

I love this place! Very clean and or hosts Victor and Lily are very accommodating! The park is just far enough away from the malecon to be quite but only a 15 minute beach stroll to the hustle of downtown.

Clean but run down.. Expensive shack for where it is at.. walking distance to downtown, and far enough away to be peacefu at night
