I went to the Woodland Park location and tried to use a vacuum, I put $2.50 and nothing, I talked to one guy and he said it’s free. I said, I gave it $2.50, and nothing.  He said go talk to the manager. I go up to him and ask hey what gives, I put $2.50 in the vacuum and it’s not working. He said it’s free WITH A CAR WASH. And I said, buddy, can you just make this thing turn on I don’t need a car wash. He’s like you can use it come online and (over)pay for a car wash and then you can use the vacuum. I’m like dude can you just give me my $2.50 back, I don’t need a car wash. And he just continued to ignore me while another guy laughed in my face!!!! No where does it say “tokens only” I have photos of the vacuums, no where. You misrepresented yourself, your service, and I would not be here right now if your employees weren’t the rudest people
I’ve dealt with in months... and that’s saying a lot. I’ve been going to your car wash for 15 years!!! So much for fostering a sense of customer loyalty.  You have my number, I expect a phone call to make this right.

One of the sh***est Carwash Ever! They don’t have any minimal Car wash! Last time When I Visited,the only option the guy  gave me is a 40 dollar Package that comes with car wash inside and out cleaning! That is an absurd amount! I was on the line couldn’t go back, So i had to spend 10 dollars just to wash the car! Basically they won’t do any had clean after that,You got out from the car You Start Driving. Later I had to go to another car wash,spent 15 Dollars which include car wash,inside and out cleaning,vacuum,tire shone! Please don’t wast your money

Stopped by 3/9/18 around 5pm. Paid for the $13 wash and their old raggedy car wash machines scratched my new 65k car in several places.
Multiple scratches under the gas tank above rear passenger wheel. 
Multiple scratches on the trunk.
This car wash is not worth any amount of money.

The “free” vaccums are weak and it takes too much physical effort trying to vaccum your car.
I much rather pay a $1.00 and use the gas station one.

For $5.00 this is the spot. Better than $15 up to $40 down the road. It's quick, you dry yourself and vaccume but at least you don't have to wash.

Terrible customer service. They didn't let me ask all I needed, they answered bad and annoyed. I chose Premium because I understood it included hand dried, but it didn't. You even have to pay for towels if you want to dry your car better. And all this having paid $10! Shame on them!
