I have always been happy with the service I have received from Plaza Infiniti. My latest experience was much the same as all of my previous experiences. The personnel are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I trust them and the people doing the service work to perform what's needed to keep my car running safely and reliably.

I've been a loyal customer for over 10 yrs. They offer loaner cars if needed AND clean your car. The polite and friendly employees do an awesome job of making sure your needs are met.

Plaza Motors has had a bad reputation amongst minorities in this area for several years. I was a bit reluctant to enter the dealership based on this reputation as well as my own previous experience, but I was in the area and took a chance. I was immediately greeted and acknowledged by every employee. The environment was initially very welcoming and I built a great relationship with the salesman even though I didn't purchase on my first visit. When I decided to come back I chose a completely different vehicle than the one I had originally shown interest. The disconnect started when the manager took over to complete my transaction. I felt as though the communication about my vehicle delivery was subpar and really left a bad taste in my mouth once again about Plaza Motors. I wrote a check towards the purchase of a vehicle and this check was cashed within days, however I did not physically take possession of the vehicle until several weeks later. I was a bit upset that my check was cashed without any communication or explanation from the sales manager at all. Communication is necessary during the sales process especially when dealing in the business of luxury car sales. Oh and to add to the miserable experience, the car was damaged during transport. 😭 They offered to repair it at no charge, but I am still being inconvenienced until the repairs have been completed. This was the worst car purchasing experience I have ever experienced.

So far so good! Bought my first Infiniti from Robert D'Alto and he was very pleasant and informative during the process. I was very indecisive and had a lot of questions. I'm sure he wanted to slap me at times! The finance guy was great and so far the service department has been good as well. I would definitely recommend!

Awful service in the service department. Dan never returns phone calls. EVER. Left messages for Mark the service manager and also no returned calls. They simply don't order parts when they say they do. They care about walk ins or simple tasks like oil changes. Went in for a warranty seat repair and they damaged another part of the seat. I had to take it back and they then damaged plastic trim on the door and surrounding areas and also scratched the paint on the vehicles. Mike the general manager told me they couldn't spend $2500 to make the repairs so we had to figure something else out. Really?? You damage a vehicle and then question my integrity when the scratches are clearly brand new and caused by their horrendous service. I would drive the extra 20 minutes to go to Bommarito. I am still shocked Mike had the audacity to question if the scratches were already there or not. Not that it matters but it was a QX80 LIMITED. I've also spent a ton of money with them. Two full sets of tires and several service related purchases. I cannot speak for the sales side of things.
