This is hit and miss. I've found some very nice things here for casual wear, a few pairs of shoes. Other Marshall's in other areas carry better quality merchandise---shame--they should do that here,; they have the clientele. Worth a frequent stop if you pass by often

I would have given no stars, but I have to give one. I usually don't have issues when shopping at Marshals. But on this last experience around 6:20 on 12/20/17 I experienced the worst customer service ever from cashier #4 and her buddie. They were very rude and disrespectful as I was trying to make a return. And I'm leaving this review in hope that management will look  into the situation and correct their cashiers. I feel as though I was treated differently because of the color of my skin, even though the cashiers were of the same ethnicity. The lady did not greet me and they gave me a hard time about my return. The other lady told her to throw the pants away because they had been worn and I thought that was very disrespectful. Those two girls were disgusting and that is not the type of experience someone wants to have when they're in a store. I will shop at Marshals, but I will never return to this Marshals in Creve Ceour at Olive and Ross ever again.
