When I first arrived they put me in a site in an open field. When I did my reservation I asked for shade and full service (water, electric, sewer). Went back to the desk to indicate this and was moved to another site only to find that someone elses stuff was on the site already. Back to the desk again where the employee then said they don't have full service hookups in the park but this is very clearly stated on their website when you go to make a reservation. They finally got us onto a site that matched our request as closely as they could. I also wasn't a fan of their communication. When I went to confirm my booking, I called the office and never got a return call. After sending a follow up email once again to confirm (after they sent me an email indicating a different price than what I paid) no one responded. On the positive side, their in-house food was quite good and they have decent decent washroom facilities and a salt water pool

The worst campground i ever been first they gave us the wrong campsite we booked it put us in a site that was like a baseball diamond right by the highway no trees all u saw was traffic noisey werent allow to dump your garbage they picked it up at 10 am so your garbage was riped up every nite they said they had an arcade it was room with a pool table piano fisher price toys and books n storage also they shut all the washrooms down except one to paint the deck who the hell does that during camping season shouldnt that be done before or after the season the store had nothing just few thing nothing u need if u ran out of food the natural trail look like an apple orchard everything was blocked off the park had fisher price toys a man made swing set for toddlers n they always parked thier tractors n golf carts in the kids playground if thats what u call it it a joke there the worst place ever n the staff there r very rude people

I can't believe how beautiful the campground and the staff is, helpful and courteous. Close to amenities and ferry. The best place I've been so far. Thank you Pleasant Valley Campground for hosting us. Highly recommended.😎👍

My girlfriend and I are from the states and just wanted to travel Canada a bit, camp a night each place and move on but we never wanted to leave this campground, honestly the coolest campground I've ever been to, the staff gave us advice on where to go every morning so we could see all the local area had to offer. They put us up in the coolest spot they haf avilable (if you're tent camping then ask for the point) They never asked about money at all, it's all "what are you guys looking good to do" and "if you liked that then check this place out today" she even asked us if we find something nice or enjoyed something let her know so she can tell everyone else. By far coolest place and we'll be back.
