Jeremy was a referral from one of my friends and it turned out to be a great one! I needed help selling my home in Antioch so I called Jeremy. We were discussing the sale of my home and my dream price that I'd like to have for the property. While he thought we should list it slightly lower than my "dream sales price" ($220,000) we agreed on listing at $215,000. Within about a week Jeremy secured multiple offers and a price above asking! He walked me through every detail of the sales process and made excellent recommendations on when to stay firm through the inspection process. My home closed quickly and without any problems as well as for my dream sales price of $220,000. You couldn't ask for a more responsive, positive, get it sold realtor. 

If you want your house to have the SOLD sign on it and FAST Jeremy is your go-to guy in real estate.

Jeremy helped me sell two of my homes and buy 4 homes. He also property manage 3 of my homes right now. He's very good at communication and really good broker. He is very friendly and good at his job. I used many agents before but nobody did as good job as Jeremy.
