Worth the wait! I have been to PDT a handful of times and each one was an excellent experience. Cozy atmosphere, hospitable staff, and delicious cocktails. The host has always been very friendly and welcoming, and the bartenders not only make amazing drinks, but take the time to help you through the menu and give recommendations if you need it. I highly recommend getting a reservation if you can. Getting in without a reservation will require some patience, but you will be rewarded with a great experience!

A great speakeasy experience that lived up to the hype. The bartenders knowledge and skills were truly impressive. We had a 6:30 reservation and spent a couple hours here and it was truly hard to leave. First round we went off the menu, I believe I had what was called a Shipwreck, a gin based drink that was light and refreshing. From there we told the bartender what we liked and she built out the rest of the drinks for us. Combos I never would have tried but at her hands made me a believe. One drink, I believe called a spotted cheetah had Japanese whiskey and tea, outstanding.

Hands down one of the best bars in all of NYC. Does it take a bit of effort to get in? Yes, but it is well worth it. The hosts were friendly and helpful, the wait time was accurate (pleasant surprise). Once our party of two got in the bar we were greeted by the bartender AK, and she was just a breath of fresh air! She was knowledgeable, accommodating, gracious, and recommended some extraordinary cocktails. We will definitely be back again soon- I didn’t get to try the hot dogs! Next time I will take the advice of the host and call starting at 3pm day of to make a reservation. Bravo PDT Bravo

Old school cocktails in a no longer secret room. Used to be great in NYC! However, I'm down grading my post. Used to be first come first serve now it is about being trendy and knowing door person. Used to be cool now just another NYC attraction. Might as well be Times Square instead of cool St. Mark's. Probably be a hop on hop off stop soon. Skip the wait, not worth it.

The best. Staff is so friendly and knowledge. Cocktails are always delicious. Food is not pretentious and satisfying. Yeah there is a wait but this is new york city. This bar is one of my most special places in the city
