I always enjoy my visits to the PLNT Burger in Columbia, MD located in WholeFood’s. Customer service is always on a 10, my order is always right and and the food is ALWAYS ON POINT!! I’m usually the late night straggler just before closing time when I get off work but the guys are always happy to take my order! I’m not sure the name of the man who works the register and takes the orders during the late shift on weekdays but he’s awesome!! I wanted to try the chili that a friend said is simply delicious and they were sold out for the day. There was just a little sample size remaining so he made me a mini-chili sampler and I LOVED IT!! Yay  I can’t wait for a full serving!! The best part about this place is the food is plant based   It’s a must try y’all!! I also ordered a cheeseburger, classic seasoned fries and an oat milk vanilla shake! It was like a fiesta in my mouth  Download the app to order online and earn points for free food! It’s a bit pricey so those points will definitely come in handy.  Vegetarian options: Tasty plant based options for cheeseburgers and shakes!  Parking: Parking is easy and quick since I go late in the evenings. Their parking is shared with WholeFood’s so it can get tight during the day.

Dude! If you LOVE a greasy, delicious, comforting meal you definitely will not be disappointed. The sweet potato fries are perfectly crispy, the shakes are always creamy, and the burgers are always tasty. I am convinced that they possibly lace their food with cr@ack. It is just that good. The best vegan food I have had to date. Yes pricey, but sooo worth it.  Vegetarian options: Everything is plant based and delcious!  Dietary restrictions: VEGAN! They have GF options but there is likely cross contamination.

The food here is quick and caught my partner and i off guard, it was VERY good. The service area is very clean.  I knocked one star off because they are online order only and they system is a bit clunky and took a minute to get through.

Was very excited to try PLNT per the previous reviews, but unfortunately I didn’t find it was up to the hype. The burger I got was their seasonal Baja burger which was quite good, but took an inordinate amount of time to prepare and had just a very tiny scoop of avocado. Their pic had quite a bit of avocado. It was good though!! The service was the main issue. The workers at the front were on the phone and trying to submit online orders when we arrived, fine, but we waited several minutes before we were acknowledged or told “be right with you.” I noticed two other people came and left during that time, as staff were not making eye contact with customers or acknowledging them in any way as they were waiting. I would like to give them a second try if I’m in the area, hopefully they will improve their speed, service, and courtesy with time

Spicy chicken is my absolute favorite! I can devavour two at a time. I just wish the sandwiches were priced bit lower. 13 dollars per chicken sandwich is the only reason I am not eating this everyday. Ideal price would be 7 of 8 bucks  Vegetarian options: This is a vegan restaurant. If you ate meat before then you'll love it. Their shakes and fries are great also vegan

Every time I'm in Columbia at Whole Foods Market, it's a MUST that I grab a bite at PLNT Burger.  My favorite is the Save The Bay Fillet . I'm not a big fries  person. Although, theirs are very good.  Now, they have green beans!! So crispy and tasty. The chickun nuggets are a great bite size snack. And, hey, don't forget to download their app. My last visit I redeemed 2,000 points!!!  In this economy, saving money  seriously matters. Get rewarded for your purchases. Thank me later!!   7/22 - Here's an update! I tried the new Chick N Sandwich made from  .  It was good.  The patty texture was similar to chicken.   My favorite sandwich is still the Save the Bay Fillet.  Thanks for adding the green bean .  8/12 - The Strawberry Oatly Milkshake is .  Get it!   10/24 -  Cool Kids Meal is a keeper. We got the Lil Dippers, Green Bean Fries, Root Beer drink, and Sour Cherry Berry Chews!  What a great deal!!!  And, for the adults.... try the new Banana Creme Brulee!    Kid-friendliness: They have a new Cool Kids Meal that they're trialing and PLNT Burger marketing reached out to give me the "hook up".

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! The company clearly lacks in customer service, has very rude staff, and absent of any professionalism. On Jan 25 at approximately 1059am I placed an order for one dbl cheeseburger and one single burger. The cashier informed me the order would be ready approx. 10 min. I continued my shopping in Wholefoods and retuned 15 minutes later to find out my order was not even on the grill. The cooks continued to clean the grills and prep other equipment for the foods. Not one of the three staff members made a mention to me or the other waiting customer about the delay of our order. I continued to wait another 15 minutes and to no avail, no cheeseburgers. At this time I voiced my concern as well as the other customer, about the amount of time to cook two burgers. In unison the staff began to speak to each other in Spanish in a tone which implied some type of negative response to our questions about our order. The member at the register had the audacity to become upset with us and said the grill was not functioning. This is actually 25min after placing the order, not one mention of that prior. I proceeded to Wholefoods Customer Service desk for assistance from the store manager. Since PLNT is a vendor there was really no resolution to my/our problem. Upon returning I received my order 35 mins later and received burnt burgers!!!!! I think it’s time for Wholefoods to find another vendor. If they don’t appreciate the customers then what in the heck are they there for?!!!!!! I will never eat at that place again and will be sharing this experience with others!!!

This is my second tiem ordering and it was just as good as the first time ordering! They have awesome deals and a point system! The sauces are everything  you could dream of but nothing compares to those herb fries better than any fast food fries hands down. Also if your super allergic  to dairy, eggs, beef, and poutry. It hard to eat out so this was really a treat for me, hope this helps!

I purchased a meal with a Steakhouse Burger.  When I opened my meal at home , I was disappointed to see they gave me a basic burger that was significantly cheaper. I contacted customer service . A man named Esteban apologized. I asked if I could be compesensated for the price difference , he never answered. I noticed in these reviews he compensated other guests.  Poor customer service . Compensate some guests ? I will be looking for alternative resturants that have healthy choices and better customer service.
