I ordered the combo hot dog. The hot dog was small and the fries were dry and hard. Lousy food at The Henry Ford Museum.
Ordered one Mocha drink and 2 caramel frozen drinks. They tasted like pure coffee with the taste of greasy butter. The roof of my mouth and my lips are greasy. Very gross and a waste of $17
Overpriced food. Small portions. Unacceptably long wait time for pre-prepared food - there's plenty of empty seating, but the line throughput is just extremely low.Food: 3/5
Easy option for coffee, snacks or even sandwiches while visiting inside the Ford Museum. They have several option for lunch such as hot food or pre-made sandwiches. Food was good and a little pricey on some items which is typical of a touristy place.
Besides the French onion soup, the chicken, potatoes, and brussel sprouts was dry, didn't taste good, and not worth the price. I ended up eating the soup that I planned to eat for another meal. This type of food doesn't belong in a museum that families is a large majority of the visitors. Set up doesn't allow quick service, choices too limited, and food aimed for foodies, not general population.
Chicken tenders were fine but the chickpea tuna salad container was only half full and it was way too salty. Also the prices were pretty high for what you got. It's Detroit, not LA.
The original restaurant was much better and had way more kid friendly options. We spent roughly $50 and our kids wouldn't eat any of it. Chicken tenders, fries, hot dogs. Really sad they changed and the prices are insane. Definitely bring your own food.
We are over 3 years membership, they were very rude, 2 different ladies, first girl almost hit me with her cart, didn't care where she was going, never said excuse me or anything, the second girl was at the cashier, I took my turn and wanted 4 large cookies for my family, I wanted to show her which ones I wanted and stepped over to them, she said I had to stay in line, I said it's my turn and I want to show you which ones I wanted, the next customer stepped up and said I'm in a hurry take care of me and she left me standing, I said what about me and she left me standing and said your out of line, we will never go back to that restaurant
The chicken marsala was good, a little dry. Enjoyed the Mac & cheese and the salad was very nice. A bit pricey for the amount your served.
Pricey, but very good quality, worth the price. The caluflower tacis, french onion soup, checken tenders are above the typical restaurant quality.
