What a rip off!!!  In addition to purchasing a tankless water heater ; I was foolish enough to also purchase a,”Lifetime Warranty”.  Someone was suppose to be here every 6 months to check everything out, like making sure everything is draining properly..  they have been here one time!  Also I have been without hot water for several days &  I still can’t get anyone to come to my house & advise what the problem may be.  I have been waiting for hot water for over 6 hours & I called them but they couldn’t send anyone out until the next day and of course I have to wait between 10:00 - 2:00.  Would absolutely not refer anyone to this company

The supply line on our house burst on in the middle of a Saturday night.  I called Plum Pro at 7 AM and they had someone out within 40 minutes.  They had my supply repaired within 45 minutes of arrival and their pricing was outstanding.  After they completed the repair, they did a free in home inspection to make sure that there was not any other lingering issues that could have harmed my house in the near future.  My wife and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

These guys came out to quote a gas line install for a stove (for free), they also did an inspection on the house and found that our sewer line was clogged. After being a little skeptical, they ran a camera through the drain and we found roots going through over 10 feet of pipe! Though it was pricey, I found their professionalism and work ethic worth every penny. They never complained about working in the heat or digging the yard up. They also had financing which helped a bunch because we had just bought the house and new appliances and weren't expecting that new expense! If we have any future issues, We'll be calling them again!

I wish I could tell you they were good or bad but no one shown up.  I was told they could be at my house on Saturday between 12-3 but no one shown up or called me to let me know they couldn't be there at the  agreed time. 

I was also called the day before to ask if they could show up early (no idea how early they meant) so I spent most of my Saturday waiting to be stood up. If you value your time call someone else.

Highly recommend this company, they showed up at 10:00pm at night as we had an emergency with our plumbing. Before an arrival we were given an upfront cost before even coming out. The worker stayed at our residence till he figured out the problem. We were given a solution and that was that. We witnessed great employee knowledge and great service. Highly recommend the company.
