Great service from start to finish. Andrea, on the phone, was courteous and knowledgeable. She also considerately phoned me on day of the appointment to inform about a slight delay. The technicians, Roger and Garry, were wonderful. I appreciate the way they talked straight to me, explaining all the possibilities. There were options and they chose the avenue more considerate to me but more challenging for them. They persevered long after I would have. Their expertise and professionalism was evident. End result: success! The cost was reasonable. Would recommend this branch of Roto Rooter to anyone. ( Think I accidentally deleted my first review, but if it should appear too, this second writing is not an attempt to stuff the ballot box!!)

We were having problems with one of our toilets backing up. We called, and although it took longer than they claimed, someone finally came out. The person who kept answering my calls, and I made several, was very polite, helpful and understanding. She got back to me, as she said she would. When the tech showed up, he was very persistent about finding the problem. He tried several things, and finally found the problem. It was Friday night and I'm sure he wanted to be home, as most of us would. The only negative comment I have to make is that it was a great deal more costly than they advertise. We had no choice since we needed to be able to shower and use the bathrooms. That is why I did not give them a five. Don't advertise a lower price when it actually costs a great deal more.

What he said: After placing numerous calls to approximately 6 different plumbing companies on a Saturday afternoon, we finally received a call back from Garry of Roto-Rooter. We told him our problem and he indicated that he was in the midst of a job at that time but talked us through a possible solution and indicated that he would call back later in the evening. Garry did call back and we scheduled a Sunday morning appointment. Garry listened to our explanation, made a diagnosis and gave us an estimate. He got right to work and completed the job quickly while explaining the procedure as we had elected to watch. He was professional, educational and very proficient. What she said: Why Garry, why?.......now I have time to cook dinner and wash all that laundry! Ha Thanks to Roto-Rooter for their prompt return calls, their professional staff and their efficient solution! We would gladly recommend them to our family and neighbors!!!

Our Technician Matt was over the top with his professionalism, knowledge, and service. Our issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Would recommend!

Came on Sunday morning. Garry was professional and cleared MSL quickly and gave me feedback on the problems. Having the capability to CTV the line was a huge advantage on making a decision on further repairs. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again! Thanks Guys.
