Plumber was needed to cap off the pipes for new cabinet installation. After the install they were called back to reconnect all the lines. Apparently the line feeding the refrigerator fell between the wall and back of the cabinet so it never got reconnected. We asked the plumber why there wasnt any water to the water or ice maker. His answer was it needed a new filter. We changed the filter and still no results. I would have thought when the plumber reconnected the lines he would question where is the dedicated line.to the refrigerator.The other opportunity was when he was trying to figure out why the refrigerator wasnt getting water, he would have validated that there was water going to the refrig. We spoke to the owner of the company who became angry and rude. Would not use this company again. Plumbers do not wear shoe covers unless you specifically ask, carried the old sink through my living room over carpeted floors instead of exiting by the front door.
