He was so polite, genuine and professional!
Dillon seemed very knowledgeable about the plumbing based on age of home and what we were experiencing. He was quick, thorough and honest. He is a good representative for this company and his trade.

Scheduled appointment online, next day service, and competitive prices (for labor to install new hot water heater). Technician Dylan was professional and had excellent communication skills. The whole process went smoothly.

We received excellent service today from Jesse. We were happy that Saturday hours were available. He was prompt and courteous. I would definitely recommend Jesse and Roto-Rooter and will call them if problems ever arise in the future.

Fantastic from start to finish!!! Online scheduling was a bonus. Follow up email to confirm appointment at the time I requested. Follow up phone call day of service. Jesse arrived and was very professional. He kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. They are now my go to plumbers.

Great service, the office staff was super helpful and very friendly. When the plumber, Jeremy, arrived he was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to help with our problem.  We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night and he was onsite within 20 minutes of our call.  If the rest of Roto Rooter employees are 1/16th as nice and knowledgeable about plumbing as Jeremy you will go far!  Just a great experience considering.
