This bus company is the only public transport serving the Cape Cod area with regularity. The alternative offers a partial schedule which is largely unhelpful. P & B does not have the best interests of the customer as central purpose and apparently is equally insensitive to employees. The recent turn to online ticketing has created problems for passengers and drivers both. Drivers are learning the cumbersome system on the job; passengers show up without tickets creating 10 minute delays at every stop. This week alone the bus to Logan Airport arrived two hours late. Do not rely on this service if you intend to make air, train or bus connections.

I know everything cannot be perfect but at least:
1- Offer an online ticketing option.
2- Inform most of your drivers that weather they want to accept it or not, their job is a customer facing job, which means, that being courteous and a smile from time to time does not hurt anyone​.
3- I do not care about WiFi, but at least charging outlets would be something to think about.

Overall my first experience riding with P&B bus line was good going round trip between Boston and Hyannis. Both drivers I had were nice and did a good job getting through the busy Cape Cod traffic. I would ride again.
