Usually very dependable, but this time I was going for a particular sub and they were out of the main ingredient.

just prank called but staff at the phone was kind and helpful either way the staff here seems very nice and i like tuna submarine sandwiches

Nice building and good food but understaffed and slow. Came in on my lunch break and waited over 20 mins to order. There were only 3 people in front of me when I had come in so 20 mins is way too long. There was also only one employee working (at lunch time) who seemed to be moving as slow as she could.
