We've been banking here for nearly 10 years - checking, savings, mortgage, second mortgage, etc. Nothing but great service always.

I was trying to cash a check today at this branch and I am not a customer here. The Policy is that I needed to have two forms of ID which I did not. The employee who assisted me took the time to call the owner of the check to make sure that everything was in order. I appreciated her effort to assist me even though I did not have everything that was required for this transaction. I believe her name was Heather and I found her be very accommodating and pleasant even though I was in "a mood" at first. I would recommend this branch to anyone wishing to have a pleasant experience with their banking needs.to

I love PNC bank and their staff they are always so helpful. I just visited there recently and was again impressed by their service. My teller was Rula and she was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this bank to anyone
