That is the second time I went to this location, and they refused to help me without an appointment. The first time, I was the only person there, and they still had 30 minutes before closing time. Why do they say they close at a certain time if they don't want to attend to the customers? I never have this problem at other Wells Fargo branches. After almost 15 years with this bank, it just makes me want to close my account. Really disappointed.
My family and I have used WF for over 20 years. No problems. Until recently my account was compromised and I physically went to the bank for help. I was the only customer there with 4 visible employees and I was told they didn't have time for me. Must make an appointment. Because they were about to go to lunch. They opened at 9am and it was 11am at the time. Lunch? What? And I had to give them a star rating just to get to the comment comment section. I am disabled and it's all I could do to get to the bank that had no time for a 20+ year customer. Good by wells fargo
It’s rare for me to write bad reviews, but the woman at the Service Drive thru, she has a bad attitude, she is rude, whenever wanting to do something, she doesn’t have a good attitude when doing it at all
In my experience the staff at this particular location are helpful and responsive. Whether Wells Fargo is a great banking company or not is definitely debatable. But as branches go, this is one of the better branches in the area and the staff are always helpful. But sometimes their hands are tied by Wells Fargo policies and procedures, so they can't always please everyone. Staff 4 stars. Bank? All banks are out to make $$ on your money and take some degree of advantage of their customers with the least financially sound bearing more of that brunt, so 2 stars for Wells Fargo. Tell your congressman to let the US Postal Service branch into banking services and things with banks will improve greatly. That and keep banks regulated.
I rarely post bad reviews, and in this case, it is extremely deserved. I had nothing but great experiences at the Audubon branch. I spoke with Steven Dinh at this location, who was a complete bump on a log. Refused to engage, basically told me to either make an appointment or he would hang up. Rude and discourteous.
An elderly friend recently moved to Phoenixville and we made an appt. with banker Carolyn Isaacs at the French Creek branch. Carolyn was very helpful, so patient, and truly kind to my friend. She explained and reviewed every step to my hard-of-hearing friend and made the whole process easy for her. Carolyn exemplifies, not only the consummate professional banker but also a warm-hearted human who took the time to make her client feel both comfortable and important. I hope Wells Fargo appreciates outstanding employees like Carolyn!
I’m a 20 plus year customer of Wells Fargo and have used them for notary services several times. I went in today and the “customer service” person blew me off and was very rude.
One of the best branch's to go to! staff are nice, been banking at this branch since 16 years old.
Worst bank branch ever. Unprofessional and rude. No wonder your bank got shut down from opening new accounts for a year, cause your a bunch of thieves. Everyone should switch banks put these people out of business.
