Worst bank ever I dare you to try to cash a pnc check there with out your 25 peices of I'd 
I had a pnc check for $100 made out to my wife and I and they wouldnt cash it and we had both our id's sos cards and I had a news paper clipping with my pic on it and they still wouldn't cash it

Efficient smooth transactions, helpful & courteous service. Would have rated 5 stars but building is at location that is difficult to navigate into at peak commute times but not a direct reflection on PNC bank staff. Thanks to all

Customer service was horrible. Waited over 30 minutes to get a statement printed out. The teller initially helped me then ended up pushing me off to somebody else after 10 minutes of waiting for her to print. She couldn't handle the pressure of a line and clearly doesn't be a teller.

I have been with PNC since it bought out National, first because it's so close to home and then because of the many positive experiences I have had with it. They keep up with the technology and also offer wonderful, personal service.
