I'd prefer citizens bank over PNC, much quicker and way more helpful. EDIT: It's a hoax, it will get students hooked, and the people are so rude on the phone. Sorry, there is nothing we can do and they cut it. Thank the lord I saved my friends from this company, all of them have got their bank accounts with citizens now.
