Went to drive thru with a check from a company that was a Wells Fargo customer and I am a Wells Fargo customer and was told the amount was too much to cash and I would have to come in bank. When I questioned the person in charge about no sign on how much they would cash in drive thru I was told it was her rule. I didn't know they can make up rules as they see fit. How about customer service. What about making a customer happy?

I would avoid this place like the plague. After Wells  Fargo wrongfully denied me a loan, the gave me a choice of a payout or personal line of credit.  After this, every loan/account agent there called me nonstop for months.  Bothering me at all hours calling me on my cell and home phone.

I'd advise choosing a different branch or going to the TD Bank on Garrett Road.

Such a pleasant change of pace from the vile people at Bank Of America. It is so nice to bank at an institution that is not racist or bigoted against the disabled.
