Andrew was great. My lockout occurred at 10pm. Even though he was more than an hour away, he drove right over. Once he arrived, I was back in my home within 5 minutes - no drill-out or lock replacement required. Very friendly, courteous and efficient. Thanks so much for your help.

Chris was very professional and went above and beyond-  I needed an extra full functioning key for my 2012 Toyota Camry.  He took my car key and went to work.  He went into his office (van) and came right out with the exact duplicate within minutes.  Got my key cut and programmed all at once.  I also mentioned to him about a problem that I’ve been having with my original key where it intermittently works.  He changed the battery for me at no extra charge.  We need to keep good local companies like Pocono Locksmith in business by supporting them.  I don’t usually waste my time giving reviews to businesses but this one is well deserved. Thanks Chris!

After calling numerous locksmiths, thankfully I found Pocono Locksmith in Stroudsburg.  Andrew came a distance and in terrible weather on an icy road and did a fantastic job.  He is very professional and personable.  He took a great load off our shoulders.  If I ever need a locksmith again I wouldn't call anyone but Pocono Locksmith and hope they send Andrew.  For a young person he had a lot of patience.

Guy drives like a jerk in his blue Honda Accord. Was speeding way over the speed limit on Route 80E and almost caused an accident. Could have killed someone at the speed. I think someones life should be more important than getting ro red robin.

Lost the key to my 07 Dodge Durango on a Sunday during the holiday weekend of Presidents’ Day. Knowing my key has a security chip there’s no way I will be able to find anyone to get me on the road probably till Tuesday. I took a chance and called Pocono locksmith, surprisingly Chris answered the phone at 9 am, he was at my house at 10am as promised. I had 2 sets of security keys to my truck by 11:00 am. I don’t know if I will ever need a locksmith in my life again, but if I do Chris is my locksmith guy.... that’s right I got a locksmith guy!!
