Best thing ever! They placed the pod where I wanted.  No issues.  They called to let me know they where close when taking it to my new home. I said I wouldn't be there and that was not an issue!  I will definitely use it again!

Great service, did exactly what they said they would. Gave an estimate, gave the time, picked up and delivered the POD no problems, would use them again.

Excellent! It made moving so much easier.
The driver was great and he sat the pod in the perfect spot. Would highly recommend.

Horrible experience. Rude drivers. Abandoned pods. No accountability. 
Incorrect records. No direct contact with local vendor. Even national customer support was unable to reach the local vendor by phone. Unable to even flag their abandoned pod as missing in their database. 

Like they've never done it before. Unable to resolve simple problems. One of the worst customer service experience we've ever had.

I have been coming to this location for two years. Never had a problem.  Today, after setting up access to my pod three days in advance, I get there and it is nowhere to be found.  Called 800# they said it was listed as out and ready for me.  After spending almost 10 minutes on the phone with corporate, they were unanble to get anyone at the location via phone or email to help.  

Finally finding the office, I asked the gentleman inside if he could help.  Alas he couldn't.  He was new and training.  He did try to and I am thankfull.  He called and texted the same person corporate did and still no response.  Finally a pod driver showed up.  I asked where my pod was, he said most likely inside.  The reason being, last Saturday he had 3 pods pulled for access but no one showed up.  I can sympathize being frustrated but it's what they do.  I wouldn't normally write a review but I saw in the office their customer service scores.  They moved up from 30% to 50%.  Working in a service industry myself, if I had scores continually like this...  

Yes, this very bad experience was not what I was used to, but there was many lessons to be learned on both ends.  It would be nice to have the direct number to the center instead of having to go through the 800#.
