Delivery men called before scheduled time. Not that , that is Ever a bad thing. That made me very happy!!! Both guys were gentleman, very polite & a pleasure. Very professional and we very much appreciate that you employ such great people! ☺️ Thanks so much!!!

The best LTL company that I have been lucky enough to experience! The drivers that have delivered always went over and above the call in helping us out. When they needed help, there was always another driver close by. When at their facility, I was always loaded with the utmost care! Use them,,, you can't go wrong!

This company is a joke. Called to set up delivery for Saturday. Never called back with a time. After waiting on hold all morning I’m finally told it won’t be delivered today. Was so excited to sleep in my new bed. Now I’ve canceled the order and will purchase one I can pick up myself. Thanks xpo for your very unprofessional service.

Horrible.  Rude.  Delivered two couches from IKEA.  One was to go downstairs, one upstairs.  Told they only deliver to one room WHICH IS FINE.  I asked they just leave the downstairs couch in the driveway SAVING THEM FROM CARRYING IT UPSTAIRS to the one room I selected.  One was a sleeper sofa sectional (downstairs; much heavier), one was a typical couch (upstairs).  The driver expressed how put out he was with this request to JUST LEAVE HALF OF THE DELIVERY IN THE DRIVEWAY.  Proceeded to ignore the pictures on the box (PICTURES - did not even have to READ anything to determine which piece was which) and carried HALF of the heavier sectional upstairs and when I asked why the boxes of the typical couch were left in the driveway his response was "We just deliver it, ma'am.  I don't know."  So now I need to carry the sectional back downstairs and carry the typical couch upstairs.  AWFUL.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE. (IKEA chose this company for us).
