Today was the second time I've been here. The first time was AMAZING very polite, professional, and the work was excellent. Today was a totally different experience. Both times I had color changing acrylics done. Today, the nail Tech was running back and forth between doing my nails and doing another customers pedicure. The salon was busy but I'd have been totally fine waiting until she had finished with the other customer. My nails are not trimmed straight across, there's very dark dots on a few nails. Not sure it this was caused by the tech mixing white powder into the jar of blue color changing powder or what. The dots are darker than even the darkest color the powder changes to. I've got several nails that are sore to the touch. I'm assuming it's from her aggressive grinding off of the old color (versus soaking it off). While the atmosphere was still comfortable and welcoming, I just feel it was all rushed. I was a walk-in so I had assumed there might be a wait. I would have rather waited than end up rushed like it felt. Not sure if I'll go back. If I do, I'll definitely schedule an appointment in hopes of avoiding the rushed mess
