The only place in Roanoke to get your nails done. Clean, professional, and relaxing. I read over the bad reviews and they're laughable, they were obviously written by someone who hasn't been to Polished before. Dallas at the downtown location is amazing and she is really friendly, but anyone you go to there is very talented and professional. Is it a little more expensive than the other nail places in the area, yes? Is it worth it? Of course it is. Do yourself a favor, go to Polished and you wont be disappointed. Most of the bad reviews are close to 5 years old, I think they've made improvements, give them another chance, I'm sure you wont be sorry. ( and no, I do not work for Polished, I was not asked to write this review, and I have NEVER worked for Polished)

Very good service, very friendly staff, champagne, detailed work, good ideas for nail art. Very clean. Would like more polish color options though.

I love going to see Margo and the SW location. She always does a fantastic job!

The staff has always been very nice and easy to talk to and my nails always look great. Only tricky part is finding a time to book an appointment because they're always booked up!!

I will definitely be back!!! I was greeted with very friendly staff and offered a hot cup of tea while I was getting pampered. I got a pedicure and it was the most relaxing one I have ever received. The background music was great and very relaxing and the products that they used were top quality as well as the seating. If you deserve a treat go to Polished, you won't be disappointed.
