Came in and waited for 35 minutes when they said the wait was 15 minutes. Someone came in an made an appointment (which was scheduled for the wrong time) so we just couldn't wait any longer and left. If you're in a rush don't believe them when they say it'll be quick.

My first experience was good at this place and my nails where done good to what i asked. my second experience today was not pleasant. The tech I had seemed like he was new, he took one of my nails off because was gonna get a clean new full set but he hurt my nail that I just decided to keep the old set because he was not being careful with my nails. I had to continuesly tell him I needed my nails thin due to fact of my job but he didn't do then that way told him 2 more times I need them thin and he said he couldn't cause they would break easily(I always get my nails thin and have no problem) finally I just gave up telling him anything and decided to just get clear polish and just leave. He took very long someone next to me got a full set who came after me and finished before my tech was done with me. The tech take to long wa son their way to long for a fill. Not happy with the service I got with my nails cause they look horrible all different shapes and some thick some kind of thin

Excellent salon...all the nail techs are terrific. The space is clean and beautiful. You will not be disappointed!

The technicians at this salon consistently do a good job on my accrylics. The reason why I chose not to give 5 stars was because every time I go to this salon, I get nickled and dimed. The first few times my fill for my full set was $20.00. After that, they got more expensive, when I was asked to pay $23.00 I questioned the raise in price and they said it was because my nails were long, I paid the $23.00. 2 weeks later I went back, they filed my nails and gave me a fill per usual and asked me to pay $25.00. I did not raise a stink about it but was confused as to why I keep getting charged more every time I get my nails done. If you are looking for consistency in prices, this is not the place to go.
