If you wanna have a real meal visit this place by all means. Food is awesome and always fresh. You can choose from an excellent menu and will make no mistake ever!!! It is budget friendly and for sure will make you go there again! It is one of my favorite places!!!!!

Love Pollo Tropical! Very healthy and affordable lunches. The food is delicious and service is courteous. When the drive thru lane is full, they will send someone out to take your order to expedite service 😀

Great Customer Service, always get what I need. Drive-Thru is absolutely great at lunch time to get what I need quickly, effective and rapidly. It's great because they have some of the most experienced employees around.

The only reason why I don't give it five stars it's because most of the time, the lines are quite long to get food.

For a McDonald's lover, pollo tropical is a fresh experience for me. Especially their grill chicken, taste like Costco's.
