DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING THROUGH THE SUBWAY APP!!! I only have a 30 min for lunch and I order it ahead to have it ready with no stress. I get to the store there is a long line and they haven’t even attempted to even make my order. I walked else where near by to attempt to eat for my lunch break. I called the store for them to cancel my order that I paid for ahead and they are telling me to call my bank to cancel it???? When on the app it states to call the store to cancel it. I don’t know if it’s the lack of training, but I’m not ever using the app. It’s usless. I’m not pleased at all with the service and how my situation was even handled. The store told me I had to make the line (45min wait) to get my food even though I bought it 30 min before I got to the store.

I really hate this location. They are so rude and no one seems to speak English. This is by far the worst Subway I have visited. Do yourself a favor, get a real sandwich from Publix down the road. Better food, friendly, and bilingual.

Extremely rude personnel aka Alejandra treated us like we were begging for food, obviously didn't know what they do/don't serve there (since we ordered from her our regular subway meal and she refused to make it) and acted as if she was bothered by us walking in. NEVER VISITING THAT LOCATION AGAIN! Walked away and went to a much further subway where my business and order seemed much appreciated and welcomed. There was no problems/objections to our order at the other location.

I like the convenience and the food is great but the lady speaks no English and gave the worst attitude and made such a sloppy sandwich. Learn English and learn to smile.

Its always the same . It says it opens at 7am and its7:30and its still closed. I'm in my car waiting for it to open. I see a young girl now going to open the door . Its 7:33 wow . By the way she leaves the lights off like if it closed. I'm eating in the dark lol
