Pollo Tropical has some extreme issues again in Pinellas Park. Let me start by saying I love Pollo Tropical. Tiffany who was working there was great. The other staff as usual give poor service and argue behind the counter including the Manager Rick, who went behind the line with a bad attitude and just made things worse. Let's talk about the major issue. ITS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY!!! Tables full of dishes, floor with food everywhere. The salsa bar covered with the sauces. Let's not even mention the bathroom that looks like a nasty gas station. And to boot no ice in the machine. I have had many poor experiences here over the years but usually there is a Tiffany that has awesome service and comes out to clean a table just so you can sit down. This is probably my last visit here as we are close enough to Largo or another. This is definitely a case of DirtyDining. 10/08/2017 4:00PM MY ORDER # *** 301 *** TABLE #12

If i could give this place a 0 start I would. This place had started getting better over the pass year. I'm not sure if it was because of management, but they were intentionally doing everything they can to put customer service first. Not sure what happened in the pass month or so, but what I experienced tonight...customer service was non-existence to say the least. The girl that was serving me by the window was too busy arguing with the other employee and using profanities to realize I was still asking for customer service. They were completely rude!! I will most likely not be going back anytime soon, and until they get their act together, I won't advice you to take your family their either.

In rating chain restaurants, one has to stay away from rating the entire chain as much as rating that one location. And this location is solid. The food is always cooked properly here, the cashiers always get my order correct, and the employees are really friendly. I have no true complaints about this Pollo Tropical. I'd come here again, and in fact, I usually visit several times a year. 5 Stars for consistency.

Food was just ok, service pretty much sucked. Fries were cold, garbage can overflowing, the condiment area was trashed. Been at this location before and it was decent then. Not sure if new management or they hired kids that just don't care and just want a check. Corporate should make a surprise after hour visit.

First of all, this is a chicken specialty restaurant that was "out" of chicken Secondly, we were waiting in the drivetru for someone to offer to take our order and when we said hello after sitting there for three minutes, they were very rude answering us back. When we were finally able to give our order, they did not acknowledge that they Got our order so we are just standing there waiting for any sign of "okay" or "can only get you anything else". Nothing. Complete silence. We asked if they could hear us and The two ladies on drivetru were completely rude and inappropriate. Very poor customer service on November 22nd, 2017.
