The employees working the front desk are very friendly and helpful. You must have a large number of customers, however your staff remembers my name when I come in to drop off or pick up. That demonstrates they care about the customer and don't see us as a pair of pants or a dirty shirt. Thank you

Your cleaners did a great job. Such a nice touch to put the fake buttons in my husbands shirts with the french cuffs, the buttons held them in place. And my sweaters looked like new, and tied up with cute bows! We will be back.

I have played Santa Claus for years in San Juan. I just picked up my Santa suit at Polo Cleaners and they said "No charge, cuz you're Santa". They really do have the Christmas spirit all year long.
