The machines malfunction and will destroy your clothes. I approached a staff member respectfully asking for help [I had dark clothes and set the machine to a delicate cold wash, but the machine was putting scorching hot water out and I couldn't make it stop!] She was so rude yelling at me, waving a finger in my face and saying it was my fault. Second time I used the smaller machines and there was no rinse cycle after washing my clothes. Terrible machines, terrible staff and more expensive than most.

The new cleaning lady was so mean with my ant she got there before she closed and the lady said no that she can wash because she need to clean
