Jennifer was very nice. It was crowded around 11am but the rush left quickly. Plenty of machines. Dryers were cheap! Didn't have to spend much or stay long to dry. The only thing is if you have left over change they don't exchange back to bills for you. Was told to go to the liquor store and the owners in there were glad to exchange. I like this plaza. I would come back again!

I haven't had to go to a laundry mat for years. It was very hard for me to find one that had all the great qualities I was looking for. It is very clean, spacious, plenty of laundry baskets, and air conditioned. Every employee was very nice. I don't know both of the names of the people that helped me. I do remember Rosa, for she had to help me on different times. Very helpful and very friendly!! I highly recommend!!!

I would like to congratulate the owners of the Polo Laundry with the excellent choice of hiring the lady by the name of Rosa. She is so kind and helpful, she receives you with a wonderfully big friendly smile on her face. Also I would like to state that she keeps that laundry sparkling clean compared to the women that used to work there before. I was in there this week doing my washing and she was cleaning all the time, she would ask the customers if they were ok and if they needed any help, she's just AWESOME. Thank you Rosa for being so FANTASTIC!!! Now that's what I call 5 star customer service. I will definitely be recommending my friends to this laundry.

Thank you sooooo much Rosa for being so wonderful and helping me out when I didn't know how to use the washer. You were so kind to be there with me all the way just in case I messed up, hehehe. Polo laundry, you have an AMAZING employee. Looking forward to washing my clothes there every time.

FREE WIFI!!!! The staff is friendly amd bilingual. They clean the machines everyday! Everything is bright and shiny. Easy to use and inexpensive. I spent $15 and did 9 loads 😄
