Amatures need to bring it when backing, and for pete sakes if you bump the parking bumper blocks check your mud flaps. You can wait a while here, don't come to be in a hurry. If you are a few hours after your appointment make sure you ask, they can be disorganized at times due to reschedules. Good people though willing to talk to you, and not through glass either. Lost stars due to all the hours spent waiting here.
