at first nice - but then when a double charge showed up on my debit card the helpfulness stopped.  The girls in the store have no idea what to do - I am still being told that it is being taken care of . I can't get the name of the person who they are talking to about it so that I can speak to them myself to get my credit card reimbursed.  It is like it is a BIG secret.
Next step is legal action.  I am getting the runaround - not good business sense at all.  And I have spent a lot of money in this store over time.

I had a horrible experience in this store. The people were both rude and mean to their customers. I saw a few things I was interested in at the store but was hesitate about whether or not I wanted to buy them. The man who worked there promised me I could return them if I did not like them, which turned out to be a LIE. Two days later I went to return my items and they told me I cannot get my money back- only store credit. I lost $286. I never want to shop at this store again. They manipulated me for my age and tricked me into buying their clothes and now I'll never have my money back.

I purchased a few items for my Fiancee here before Christmas, and they were both "Final Sale". This seems a bit ridiculous for Christmas Time, when obviously I was taking a risk already just by buying clothing. The level of returns in January to most store is well known, so i don't believe I have to spout statistics, which probably get even higher when it comes to men buying for women. Well, the two items I bought ended up not going over too well. In addition, one of the items immediately pulled with no effort or accident, messing up the fabric. Their receipt even protects them from this, like they know it will happen. Now, I have to be honest - I haven't gone back in an effort to return, but that's because i was told very clearly it was Final Sale and I accepted it. It's even stamped on my receipt.

That being said, the clothes seemed nice and the people were great otherwise. I give a three star because although I am unhappy, I realize it's partially my fault for accepting the situation in the first place.
