Pool City did a great job with our new hot tub purchase and delivery. Rob was extremely helpful in choosing the best product for our needs and showed us everything we needed to know to get it set up. Dave and his delivery team did a great job setting everything up and even trudged through 6+ inches of treacherous snow to get everything in place!

Good store in a decent location, along the second story of a McKnight Road shopping strip.  The structure itself could probably use some TLC, but the store is always well-stocked, and the staff is always ready to lend of a hand.

I would definitely recommend visiting Pool City.  They offer a wide selection of products in all categories (pool, spa, billiards,  patio, Christmas, etc...).  I bought a Weber grill and a Golden Sleigh Christmas tree from Pool City over 5 years ago.  I bought the grill from Adam, the store manager, and I bought the Christmas tree from Debbie, a sales associate.  Both were very knowledgeable about the products and provided great customer service.  The Weber grill has withstood the harsh elements; I leave it out on my uncovered deck all year round and only cover it with a grill cover (also purchased with the grill) and the Christmas tree is still as beautiful today as it was when I bought it.  I never had an issue with any lights or loose branches.  Quality products and great customer service; I will definitely shop there again!

My husband and I just purchased a bullfrog hot tub from Adam the store manager we are so glad that he is so helpful friendly and knowledgeable.
We've always had a swimming pool and knew nothing about hot tubs he took his time with us and helped us understand the difference between them

We spent some time at the Pool City on McKnight road talking with Rob Trout.  He was great to talk with because he spent the time to show us the furniture and answer all of our questions.  We had a small issue that was resolved with no questions!!  I would buy from them again.
