Roof Repair Experts came to my home to fix a  leak on my roof over a year ago. When I talked to John, he knew exactly what the problem was. His guys came to my house that same day. They were very efficient. I haven't had a leak on my roof since I had the repairs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed a new roof or just roof repairs.

They came with a caulking gun went on the roof and caulked a bunch of area's ,I asked what would happen if it leaked again and they said they would come out until it was fixed. It rained that night and it leaked, so I called and they came back and went on the roof with a caulk gun and a hammer. When they left they said that they were sure it was fixed but if it leaked they would come out again. It rained and it leaked so I called them back and asked them to come out again. The person that I talked to said "how many times do you want us to come out, it'll be an additional $650 because we have to tear up part of the roof to fix the leak.. What baffled me was since they couldn't find the leak what part of my roof were they going to tear off? It made no sense at all. I called another roofing contractor and within 5 minutes of being on my roof he found the problem and it was fixed correctly. So I guess it cost me $375 for a tube of caulk. Lesson learned

Spoke with John and he gave me a quote on the phone. His team showed up at my house and they were extremely knowledgeable about roof repair. They showed me the problem areas and fixed them.
