We purchased a patio set and an umbrella from your store on December 30th 2017, we were so impressed with the knowledge and level of excellent service we received from your salesperson by the name of Marisa. We had the delivery a week later by a gentleman by the name of Stanley and again we were very impressed with his level of service, while he installed our umbrella we had several questions and he also made some suggestions on the care for the umbrella that we greatly appreciated. Love your prices and Customer Service. I would recommend your store to friends and family

We absolutely love our Jacuzzi! It arrived with a leak, but due to great customer service and repairs by Adam, everything is now fine. I definitely recommend Pool & Patio Depot. Furniture selection is amazing, too!

Amazing store with amazing service. Period.
Alexander and his team were knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and I thought purchasing all of our patio furniture online was the best course of action until our visit to this store where we learned how little we actually knew about what we needed. Alex walked my wife through the pros and cons of different styles, different materials, and everything she needed to know to get what we needed. We are extremely happy with everything! Reasonable prices and a great financing option as well!

Pool & patio depot had exceptional service ranging from product knowledge to customer service. From day 1 walking into the showroom my experience had been amazing. The company goes above and beyond to make sure satisfaction is met so your not leaving feeling like a number. They take the time to reach out to you but to make sure everything is going well with their products and to see if you have any questions. I personally decided after doing business with them from day 1, that I would not deal with anyone else regarding my pool and yard needs. Reliable, Genuine and professional.
