They over charged an item by $600.00! When disputing the charge and a request for the refund, they said they couldn't refund the CC because the manager wasn't there. I called my credit card company while at the store and they said the charge didn't go through yet and I'd have to wait till it hit. I asked the CC company to refuse the payment when it posted. They didn't. After a long battle (4 months) I was awarded the dispute. This nightmare could have been all avoided if the scam artist employee did the right thing. I hope they get deported. Scum.

I did not have a bad experience here.  Yes they were a bit pushy but they are sales people.  What are you expecting in the heart of a tourist area??

It's  a ripped off they over charge me for my souvenirs. The lady said it was a special deal lieeees they ring up regular price and over charge me for my "free shirt". I wanted to go back but since they don't give receipts what proof I have!..It's ridiculous!...won't go back there next time that I'm visiting the city.

If I could give no stars, I would. Do not shop at this place, as it is a bait and switch store. They advertise 'Buy One, Get One Free' bathing suits. The salesperson keeps hounding you to buy two, because one is free. When you get up to the register and they ring you up for both and you discover that 'oh, no- those are those "other" suits that are buy one, get one free.'  This place is a nightmare- I wouldn't buy anything there unless you want to be ripped off.
