My parents ordered a top of the line hot tub cover & received a low grade cover for the price of a top of the line. $488 for a $225 cheap cover. Gonna go visit them tomorrow and give them a piece of my mind . We'll see just how honest they're if they make it right. I'd order through another company. Went in today and they said that's the price where they get there covers from, Said quality of online wouldn't compare. I found four sources online with the higher quality 6"by 4" tapered foam with more options being same price as the cheap 4" by 2" tapered foam cover they sold us. Asked if cover would be guaranteed if snow piled up & broke cover, lady was speechless and changed the subject. Under further inspection, I noticed where the handles are attached when you barely pull on them the thread is already trying to tear through the cover, also noticed stitching holes through the vinyl where it looks like a botched sew job, will let water in if it rains. I'd post pictures but don't have an  option to do so. Very low quality hot tub cover at an astronomical price. You can see where the vapor barrier around foam is all bunched up  under the cover and not heat sealed tightly like it should be. Quality control should be fired. Anyone would be lucky if this cover lasted a season before the handles tore off. Our 10 year old cover even being slightly torn & water logged was still better then the cover Pool Pro sold us, I'd be surprised to get 2yrs if handles don't pull off first compared to the 10 we got from ours ! If your hot tub is inside a climate controlled building with minimal use, it might hold up a couple years. I'll see about posting a review on Youtube another day. Buyers beware.

Absolutely fabulous! These ladies were VERY helpful. I just bought a house that had a pool and that sums up everything I know about pools.  Pool Pro took the time to visit with me and make sure I had everything I needed and then pointed out products sales and even directed me to where I can get pointers online as a DIY project. At no point did they hold their expansive knowledge hostage even though I wasn't hiring them to "do the job" for me. They have made a lifetime customer out of me. I'll be back for everything except beer and bread (until they offer that too). Thank you for being so professional and putting the customer first!
